Founded in 2011, Maxim Management is a full-service association management and video production company offering all the benefits of a full-time staff without the costs of office space, furniture, equipment or employee salaries/benefits.
With more than fifteen years’ experience in the association management industry, Rachel Brooke has managed the daily operations of more than a dozen professional organizations, including those on the local, national, and international levels. Her experience includes meeting planning, marketing, staff and board management, budget and operations, and strategic planning. Rachel is a Certified Association Executive and Certified Meeting Professional and has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
